WARRANTY
Thank you for your interest in the products of CST Distribution.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from or distribute by CST Distribution (the "Physical Goods").
We warrant to you that any Physical Goods purchased from CST Distribution is of satisfactory quality.
Our liability in connection with any Physical Goods is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Physical Goods.
Unless otherwise stated, all products warranty will be covered by the respective brand owner.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, CST Distribution will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
CST Distribution will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
Our standard limited warranty period for Physical Goods purchased from CST Distribution is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless, explicitly stated otherwise in the item description.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good
or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

the warranty period has expired

the warranty label or seal is broken or has been removed

the serial number label is missing or unrecognizable

the product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorised service centre or personnel

the defect was caused by abuse or improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environmental conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification
-
the defect was caused by Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, power brownouts, sags or peaks.
What do you have to do?
To determine if a defect is covered by our warranty, you'll need to return the item to us, and our Return/Refund Policy applies.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
