Return / Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.



When you return a Product to us (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or have notified us that you do not agree to any change in the Terms and Conditions or in any of our Policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective, or you are not satisfied with the Product), we will examine the returned Product.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Kindly refrain from sending or bringing return item(s) to us unless explicitly requested to do so per our written instructions.

If you wish to visit us

In view of the COVID-19 situation, services at CST Distribution will be strictly by appointment only to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and community. No walk-ins are allowed. Please contact us to book your appointment 2 days in advance of your intended visit.


Customers visiting the CST Distribution will be required to observe safe distancing and safe management measures. You must wear a mask at all times and register your visits via SafeEntry.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


We will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or provide you with a refund, provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination. If you have requested a refund we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay. We will process the refund as soon as possible.

Products returned by you because of a defect or within the 7-day cooling-off period will be refunded in full after deducting delivery costs.

A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
